This is Pluto….the internet sensation of Pluto Living fame! Pluto developed a huge online following with her humorous observations during Covid, so it seemed very fitting to paint her for a dog-theme mural created during Covid. One of Pluto’s catchphrases is “whooshing love around the internets” so I’ve named the painting “Whooshing Love”.
