Artist Comments: As soon as I received my panel in the mail, I saw this painting unfold. The horses portrayed in this painting are modelled after my friend’s Andalusian gelding, ‘Picasso’. He is a remarkable horse; a true image of strength and beauty. A few years ago, I ventured out west, driving from Ontario to British Columbia. The Canadian Rockies have always been an inspiration to me, and horses are my passion…What better way to combine two of the things I truly adore!
