Artist Comments: The Panel I received reminded me of water. The light green stripe looked like sunlight shining through the surf as it breaks on the beach. I took my inspiration from a painting “16 Horses of Neptune” by Walter Crane (1845-1915). A poster of this painting hung in my room from 6th grade through high school. I have kept it all these years and am happy to share my interpretation with you.
