Artist Comments:
I had a grey mare who was an angel sent from God to me. This is her: Tordilla in the pink and purple light of the heavens saying to me “Come, I have something to show you.”
I have painted her so many times, usually as she was in life, white. I have been inspired by this mural mosaic project to continue to paint her in other colors.
