Trail riding is the ultmate horseback activity in my book. To be in the woods or travelling across the countryside in the company of friends and their horses is the perfect way to spend my time- experiencing the weather, the seasons, the terrain and each other’s company. As you can never step in the same river twice, you can never travel the same trail twice, everything changes day to day. With that thought in mind, I pictured my sister and our Paint, Chance, taking a water break on a recent trial ride together.
